Our Sweet Peppers

At the end of the growing season, the current plants are replaced. This process takes place in November and December. The first harvest of these plants takes place in January and only consists of green sweet peppers. The harvest of red and yellow sweet peppers starts approximately 6 to 8 weeks later in March.
